I unchecked the SVN local paths restriction, trying to change it to "Intermediate and merged local paths" and "Intermediate paths only". After doing that I can't commit the project but I can still see the SVN perspective. I tried to change the SVN local paths restriction back to "Intermediate and merged local paths" but I ended up in a situation where I couldn't do anything in the SVN perspective.
